1. Using Manotu

Manotu provides maps, routes, traffic information and community reports for Malaysia. Use it as an aid only. Always obey traffic laws, road signs and the police, and keep your eyes on the road. Do not handle the phone while driving; set your destination before you move, or let a passenger do it.

2. No guarantee of accuracy

Routes, ETAs, toll estimates, speed limits, places and reports come from OpenStreetMap, community members and automated estimates. They may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Manotu is provided "as is", without warranties, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from its use.

3. Your contributions

When you publish a report, a public place, a review or a photo, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, is your own, and does not infringe anyone's rights. You keep ownership, and you grant Manotu a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, adapt (e.g. resize photos) and distribute it as part of the service. You can delete your contributions at any time.

Not allowed: false or misleading reports; spam or advertising; reviews of your own business or of competitors; offensive, hateful or illegal content; personal information about others (e.g. faces or number plates as the focus of a photo); and attempts to manipulate traffic data. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Your data

See the Privacy Policy. Your personal places and history stay on your device.

5. Open source

The Manotu source code is licensed under the MIT licence. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL).

6. Changes and governing law
